Plant Manager – Air Systems Components

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development? We’re looking for a Plant Manager to lead our Air Systems Components Plant in El Paso, TX . This is a high-impact role responsible for driving performance, efficiency, and innovation across all manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all aspects of plant operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and manufacturing excellence.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for capacity, capability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the facility.
• Champion world-class manufacturing practices including Lean, JIT, and cellular manufacturing.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, finance, and supply chain.
• Manage major projects such as equipment upgrades, facility expansions, and layout changes.
• Represent the company in labor relations, customer/vendor interactions, and community engagement.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Industrial Management, Engineering, or related field (master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience , with at least 5 years in a leadership role .
• Proven track record in plant operations, financial oversight, and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of world-class manufacturing techniques and implementation.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
